I wonder if you have any plans to make an ARM native version of Start11, or whether this is even possible? Even though Windows 11 for ARM has an x86/x64 emulator that works pretty well for most things, it won't allow Start11 to run. Based on the error messages and common sense, I would think this is the because the emulator won't operate at the level of the OS where the Start Menu, Taskbar, etc, are executed.
