Now it works. Odd that I had Netflix app setting on default as same as Hulu Plus but Netflix app worked while Hulu Plus didn't... Thanks for the help.

Thank you for fixing Netflix sound and video problem regarding window mode on Netflix app. I don't know if anyone else mentioned but Hulu Plus app has same problem where the video and audio goes out if the window is not focused. Thanks.
