version 1.41 Still have problem in program search box I can't search for Snipping Tool , Remote Desktop Connection . Please FIX it

I'm Delete and Rebuild Windows Indexing and Result are the same. Search with Windows 8.1 Start Screen can found Snipping Tools , Remote Desktop,... BUT search with start8 not found some item like above , it can found Windows Journal in deepest sub menu , but can't found Snipping Tools !! WHY!!! PLEASE RE-CHECK IT and FIX IT !!
