A few ideas I have had kicking around for a while Something I have found while playing multiplayer is that whenever my friend is being attacked/involved in an early war I have the ships he needs so i have two options send the fleets to the end of their range and then give the vessels to my ally or i build starbases to extend my own range to help in the war myself.
