I found the possible problem, My pc is running windows 7 with a 1.99 Ghz CPU 3 GIG available ram and a 80 GIG sata hard drive with a low end integrated ati express 1150 display port. This i now know is not sufficient to run the program properly i think but people give me your ideas on this ASAP !

I can not seem to get wobbly windows to work since i installed stardocks object desktop full suite. I have windowfx installed of course but no wobbly windows and i love the wobbly windows on linux but have to use windows due to we run an ecommerce site on ebay. I need this feature! Someone please tell me why the DWM is not enabled cause i checked and in fact it is showing up in windowfx as being disabled!
