Kball, You already sent off the drive? Fences never ever deletes files. So the folders must still be present. If you click on Start, Computer, then Desktop, do the folders appear in the list? Zargon

Aredhel, You should not need internet to run Fences after first activation. Are you saying after first activation it still fails with no internet access? Zargon

As a follow-up I was able to run Fences on Windows 7 64-bit with EarthDesk.

Hi, This is a serious problem. One of the design goals of Fences is that no icons will be lost. Can you please tell me the steps you use to reproduce the issue? This does not sound like a Fences bug, have you tried uninstalling Fences? Does the problem go away? Zargon
