It says Object Desktop Infinite - Expired but I am unable to renew because I "can't own a second copy". What can I do to renew?

I purchased Object Desktop Infinte but there is no place to download it, I got the reciept under "my orders" but I don't have it under "my downloads". I contacted support around 30 hours ago but they still haven't answered. What should I do?
