your software is downloading and running though, the issue is it crashes every time it runs.

Hi, any update on this? I'm having the same issue - also tried installing Fences 2.0 but that didn't work either. Changed my desktop background to solid color but no luck there. It is a corporate laptop, but don't think we're running websense. thanks
