OK, then I am mistaken. Thinking back, I thought the right windows key feature stopped working under the previous release of Start8 after I installed the referenced updates. I thought that might help and be the reason why it is working for some and not others. Good Luck!

None of the Options for "Don't have a right windows key?" work under version 1.15 I have rebooted after the install.
