Yes , in the backup directory I can not recognize the names.

I still can not recall any snapshot, but now I get the latest layout after restart. How can I recognize by name the snapshot in the directory? the names are encrypted some how.

Hi, Some more info, I cannot recall saved snapshot, but now the latest is restored after logoff or restart, does this change your advice above?

I have upgrade to Fences 3, still have the same issue loading-restoring an old snapshot

I have (x2) Fences licenses (and one Start8). Rev 2.13 / win 10 Suddenly after forced restart I can not get back saved snapshoots. Tried removing and reinstalling and this did not helped. <
