Hi i do not know what you mean about ARM base CPU system. my computer is Microsoft surface with windows 11 home option.

Hi I bought a new computer, and I would like to install Start11. I have a product key for Start11 V1. Tried to install it but I got the message "This app can't run on this device" because it cause security or preformance issues on windows. Do I need to install Start11 V2 and do I need to purchase it too?
