I am familiar with double clicking to hide fences and to bring them back. This has nothing to do with that. I work from home using a VPN into my office. I have 3 monitors at home and 3 monitors at work. When I log into work, sometime the fences are messed - like all on one screen, so I will drag them to another screen.
