Your 'text box' replaces the native text box. The native text box works, yours doesn't. I can't say whether you or anybody else working on your product have thoroughly investigated and understood why it doesn't work during the short duration of this thread. Others here can form their own view. The speed of your reply would suggest to me a case of sloping shoulders and finger-pointing. Have you properly investigated why the substituted text box provided by your application
