I beleive it's only available to Object Desktop users at the moment. I got it through Stardock Central which is part of Object Desktop.

Screenshots are basically people showing their desktop that they have compiled. They are somewhat useful in that others can compile their own desktop from them. If you see something you like , go get the components......

Open Windowblinds and go to the "per application" setting. Set Windowblinds to ignore this program. Pretty easy......
