I use windows live essentials and photo gallery (latest version) start 8 remembers recent items and everything is ok until you try to open recent item just left mouse button click opens main gallery window with picture selected (not picture it self) but if you click right mouse button on recent item and from context menu select open it opens okay

same thing (not really big problem but would be nice if its fixed) its seems that start button stays highlighted if click on 1)start and then click on desktop or any running program window. 2)start and select any link from start menu sometimes the highlighting disappears after some time sometimes you have to hover mouse over start button.
