Ignore this. I restarted a few times and everything started working. I have no idea why.

I upgraded to Fences 5. I have 2 issues: (1) I am no longer able to resize existing Fences. (2) I created a new Fence. It will not allow me to open the Fence ie no drop down menu. I have never had these issues before with earlier versions of Fences. Am I not doing something in set-up?

After installing Fences, if I open Explorer, and I am looking at a long list of files in a window, the cursor keeps returning to the top of the list after a minute or two. It was happening on Windows 10. I built a new desktop computer and reinstalled software and I have upgraded to Windows 11 and it is still doing it. The common factor is Fences. Is this incompatibility, a bug in the software? I have no idea but it is massively aggravating.
