Unless I have an application open, the START10 menu will not stay open. The open application has to be on my primary screen to work. If I move the application to my second screen, the issue returns. This just started. I removed Start10 using the .BAT routine for a complete removal and re-installed. This did not solve the problem. I've had Start10 almost from the day Windows 10 was released without problems until now.
