If it matters, I'm using the 1.01 beta, but it occurred on 1.00 as well.

It appears to be all applications that should be showing jumplists. To name a few, WinSCP, Foxit Reader.

I don't believe its related to the if pinned on both places bug, as I have a program which is not pinned to taskbar, but its jumplist doesn't show in recent programs in start.
