I just clicked on the My Pictures shortcut on the Start Menu and it opens up the My Pictures folder. It then restarts there. It doesn't happen every time and seems to be very abnormal. (It happened twice in a few minutes yesterday, but it hasn't happened at all today)
I'm also getting this error. I haven't been fast clicking like some of the others. I get it when I click on my pictures folder. Explorer.exe will end and restart instantly.
