I didn't realize 4 didn't have the same dual-installation feature as 3. Thanks, I just purchased another license.
My old home PC died and I built a new one, but cannot reinstall Fences 4. I get the "can't install because it is on another computer" error when I enter the product key. When I go to store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/ and try to deactivate it from my old pc, I can't. It only shows it activated on my work laptop. I am supposed to be able to have one license and use it on one personal computer and one work computer, which is what I had with my old PC. How can I
I have this running on 3 Win10 laptops. One of them crashed and after reboot, threw this error message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as using the purge.bat file. We do not run Websecene/Forcepoint, and it is still working fine on the other two machines.
