Start11 2.51 - Start menu button does not show on other monitors despite the setting not being selected

On my secondary displays, the start button does not appear. Under "hide start button on the secondary displays" I have it disabled. In fact I have everything on the "Start Button" page disabled. Clicking the left-most app that is pinned causes the start menu to open, not focus that program. So for example, I try to click on my pinned MS Edge icon and instead it opens StarDock's start menu.
