@Neil Banfield You guys RULE!! It took two reboots (do you know check for updates in 1.0 does not show 1.0.1?), but the registry trick worked great. And this exactly what I want. But now that I have it, I do not understand why you don't make this a option configurable in the GUI, I would imagine many people want this. I thought it might be
+1, me too, for not overriding the behavior of Windows 8 when the mouse is moved to the lower left corner of the screen, and only display the start8 menus when you click on other parts of the start 8 icon (because that's what we're talking about in this thread right?). It's more than just accessing the windows8 native start button, also the behavior is messed up when you start in the lower left corner and then move up and down.
