[quote]I've bought Multiplicity KVM via steam and am trying to set it up to work between a win10 desktop and win11 laptop, without success so far. I believe part of the problem is that the secondary PC (laptop) uses a VPN, but even with that disabled the two are not able to connect. Go ahead and refund ALL of my purchases then; I'm doing QA for your team for free, and, in fact, I PAID for the software that I'm helping to troubleshoot so I basically paid you to do QA work, and you pull that kind of crap? That is the most unprofessional thing I've experienced in a LONG time. I've already got screenshots of this garbage. I know you are a small team, so I don't know how much power you A

Can I get both of you to run the purge on all MP PCs, reboot, and reinstall MP 4 Beta 2 on each? https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1347158073/Multiplicity+purging+and+re-installing We are seeing positive results with a client that had a similar issue and had MP3 installed prior (but was also using Bitdefender). <a href="https://forums.stardock.com/531662/page/1/#

What CPU is the remote Secondary, x86 or ARM? If you demote the current Primary to a Secondary (making sure to deactivate it when asked) and promoot the Secondary to a Primary (activating it), can you reproduce the issue - that when you connect to the old Primary PC \ now a Secondary, that you can see the screen (or not)? What is the connection type for the monitor on the Secondary? Does it have more than 1 monitor on the Secondary? If you reduce it to 1 monitor, does it then show it when you make the connection? Is the remote monitor(s) actually powered on? Is the remote PC 'asleep' when you connect to it? If it is a sleep and you wake it, when you reconnect, is the monitor still black? [quote who="elibarzilay" reply="5" id="3948434"] A full reinstall is extremely unlikely to make any difference, since I'm a relatively new user. I just installed it very recently, and paid for a license shortly after. I've had this problem right from the start. [quote quoting="post"] Hi all, I've been trying to trouble shoot this for hours and been through countless threads. My issue is that my primary computer when displaying any other computer via KVM is lagging terribly. When I use the physical mouse on the 2nd computer, I can see that there is no lag, but once i use the mouse from primary it lags. I've turned off the firewall (both computers), uninstalled razer mouse software. At one point I switched mice (with another razer mous
