Our ICT department use an atrocious piece of AV software called Cylance, which throws up more false positives than a dodgy lateral flow test, and it is this that is preventing the installation. So, I'm stuck with version 3 for now. I see there's been at least one other person having issues with 24H2 - could this be related?
If it were functionality issues, this
I upgraded to Multiplicity 4(.01) from version 2 but since the update Multiplicity is not of much use and I regret buying it. When connecting to my other computers the mouse is lagging so much working is impossible or the mouse doesn't anything at all on the connected computer, like today. I have all my computers cabled through ethernet, so no wifi-problem. What can be wrong? All computers have Windows 10 home latest version.

No luck. I installed on all 4 other PC's however when only show powered is unticked they all disappear. All the computers are connecting now. It turned out the last 2 needed to be connected via IP. Still having issues with the above. The last part is just fixing the connections window so we can see the previews on the screen like the side bar like it was before. [e digicons]:D[/e] I appreciate all the help. [/quote

The problem is that the upgrade process does not make a copy of the downloaded binary. Normally updates g
Thanks for this. I installed it over 4.01, but it didn't make any difference unless I need to uninstall the previous version entirely? Upon turning on "show computers powered on" button, they disappear again. One last thing I noticed, when it did work the screen would show the other computer's activity instead of just the symbol. If you check my previous post above you'll get what I mean. I appreciate your work and help.
<p
Due to how multiple screen painting works and how Windows doesn't rotate things, it wasn't possible to support vertical monitors in multiple monitor mode, but it should in single. From the screen you posted, click the 'Launch KVM connection screen' button. Connect to your Secondary with the vertical monitor. </
Quoting Neil Banfield, reply 14 Open the KVM window. Click the cog. Untick "Only show computers which are powered on" Same issue. This worked flawlessly before I upgraded from the initial release of 4.x to 4.01.
<
As for opening a thread for each bug -- I'm dealing with this thing by keeping an open tab -- doing that for around 20 bugs is unmanageable. I'd also argue the "most effective method" point, considering how this is a general basic (old) social tool, and things like GH/GitLab issues are specifically designed for bug reports.
