Very sad state with Start11. It's really not that complicated, multiple competitors, even free ones, have no trouble allowing the taskbar to be placed wherever you want, while Stardock is sitting on their hands for more than 2 years already. EP mostly manages to do all what Start11 is supposed to do, but their search function is broken, so Start11+EP it is going to be for me again, until Stardock finally manages to allow custom taskbar placement again.

This is clearly a problem on your end, using the "wrong" browser and then not getting the correct file can't be a user/client issue. I also verified it happening in a different browser (Chrome 96.0.4664.110, Edge 96.0.1054.62). Besides, I really don't care that much about it, as it is probably the same executable ("Start11_setup.exe") delivered when selecting the trial version anyway. This was just feedback so you can fix a bug on your website, but I am really baffled by the amount of

It seems that when you bought the 5-pack of Start11, it doesn't link to the proper downloadable file (which would probably be the same as if you bought a single license). Instead, when pressing the "Download" button, it says: <h1 style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', Arial; font-size: 2rem; font-weight: normal; margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; position: relative; color: #ccc7c0; background-color: #1d2021; --darkreader-inline-color: #c4bfb7; --darkreader-inline-bgcolor: #17191a;" data-darkreader-

The thing is, StartAllBack allows moving the taskbar to the left and right, but I love the Windows 10 start menu that only Start11 provides. Unfortunately they don't play well together, so allowing to move the taskbar to be placed vertically would be much appreciated. Until then, I'll stick with StartAllBack because moving the taskbar is for me personally more important than having the tile-based Win 10 start menu.

WhatsApp is Electron-based, yes, but the shadows are actually applied properly. I'm getting the vibe of "we have no interest in fixing anything". Please refund my order, I'll uninstall ShadowFX as it's not showing the promised shadows on more than half of the applications I'm actually using.

That's quite a bummer. Other software I identified was Telegram for Desktop, as well as Microsoft Visual Studio. Both don't show the shadows configured with ShadowFX. This also leaves Visual Studio Code, which does get the ShadowFX effect, but without distinction whether the window is focused or not. It's always the inactive style shadow. Basically ShadowFX doesn't detect, whether Visual Studio Code has the focus. Wouldn't it be possible to suppress all custom shadow drawing d

Some windows, for example all programs from the Microsoft Office suite will not get a shadow from ShadowFX applied, and only the system-native shadow is applied. Other programs, like Microsoft Visual Studio Code, will only get the inactive shadow applied, even when the window has the focus. Any ideas?
