Can anyone cast any light on a Problem: Code 9 when dowloading and installing apps using Stardock Central? I've seen this with almost(?) all updates for some time now but not been overly concerned because tha apps seem to function as expected regardless. Anyway, enough is enough. Today, Stardock Central popped up to announce an update to ModernMix, to 1.2. As ever, I chose to install and all went well: the Downloads and Installs bars show 100% but, in the box underneath 'Statu

Seems to be Configure Fences > Desktop Pages > Settings and uncheck 'Enabled'. I haven't actually tried it myself because I love the multiple screens/desktop pages as much as you obviously don't [e digicons][/e] .
Hmm, it's been sorted - install the beta (2.1) et voila, no more annoyance. [e digicons]|-)[/e]
This was addressed in the beta release, 2.1. Works fine [e digicons][/e]
Any comment from Support, please?
Now that the beta has introduced network drive connection detection, the functionality of folder portals has greatly improved. I can take or leave hiding the details header but what really bugs me is that the actual columns that I choose to display don't stick from one session to another. I'm referring to a details view portal. The focus of my question regards the actual details columns that are displayed. For example, the default columns for music files are displayed as "Name", "#", "Title", "Contributing artists", "Album". I just want to see "Name", "Size", "Length", "Date modified". So, I deselect
On the contrary, I don't particularly object to seeing the details header. But, how to keep the details displayed fixed from one session to another? Every time I reboot I find that the details revert to a default, regardless of the file properties I want to see displayed. Or is there a 'save changes' I'm missing somewhere?
