Just a heads up that I was able to update my windows version to1803 (OS Build 17134.753), and the issue is still present. I know you said it was an issue with Forcepoint, but I at least wanted to confirm that Fences crashes with a more current version of windows too.

I'll have to try it at home. I don't use Fences at home, but I'll download my license there and try it. Really appreciate all of the help on this. I love Fences...but I also love Windows Snap.
That must be it! Yes...we have this installed. Is there a method that you're aware of for having our IT group address this? Or are they tools just incompatible?
Only issue with that is that this is a work laptop that's managed by IT. I'm not going to be able to get to a clean boot, unfortunately. I'm thinking that until my company upgrades me to a later version of Windows 10, Fences may have to go uninstalled.
Unfortunately, this didn't work. I ran the batch file and rebooted. Reinstalled...and rebooted again. I checked the application to ensure that the latest version is installed, and the app confirmed that it is. I'm stumped!
The lack of traction on this is worrisome :(. Was really hoping there was an easy fix for this. I may have to let Fences go. I use Windows snap that frequently!
AzDude...thanks for the quick reply. Here's what I've got: Win 10 1709 (OS Build 16299.1087)...this is my work laptop, so I have no control over the OS version unfortunately. Fences 3.09 Not sure about 3.09.11...I have the latest version as far as I know. I just downloaded it a few days ago.
Tried finding another instance of this in the forum before posting, but I wasn't able to. I can't imagine I'm the only one who's experiencing this though. The Windows Snap feature does not work with Fences enabled. I'm positive that Fences is the culprit, because when I disable Fences, Windows Snap works perfectly.
