What do you mean by my "paypal link email"? My PayPal email is the same as the one associated with my Stardock account. I purchased a key in February with the same email/account and it worked. When I go to my Stardock account and have it send me my product keys, it sends them to the correct email. The issue is that I never received a product key that I paid for in early December.
On Dec. 4 I installed Start11 on a new computer and clicked the button to purchase another product key to activate it. I paid via PayPal and see it in my PayPal history and my bank statement, but there is no record in my Order History, I only have one product key for Start 11 from Feb 2022 (I purchased this one back then and use it on another computer). How do I get a refund or a second product key?
