I have a paid version of Iconpackager 5 in 2015 that is not compatible with windows 10, will I be able to update to the new version to run on 10 or will I have to buy this all over again?

The briefcase icon won't change with any theme using IconPacager(Paid). I am using windows 7ultimate 64bits. Thanks for any respond
