Adding a +1 to this to get an update and hopefully push them to do this. Considering how long it has been since the request there must be something new here.

This happens on the latest 2.56 of Start 11 on Windows 25H2 in Beta - build 26220.7271 When you toggle enhance taskbar for example in MS Teams the Red circle I have on my icon is blank - the outline is there but empty. Similar to the Phone Link app it shows a + instead of the number of notifications. Turn off the enhance taskbar and they come back.

Does the new Groupy 2.30 support this snapshot feature now in Notepad, where it allows you to reopen unsaved tabs? I use it as my daily notepad and have many tabs (yes, not ideal, but it works LOL). Just curious, since it's been a year since my last posting.

With the last release of Start11 v2.55 it seems to be stuck in an "Update" state in Object Desktop and never goes away. I have already updated and ignore it now.

The recent file list disappearing bug is back. It was fine for the longest time so not sure if the last update to Win11 did something. Uninstalled and will reinstall again to see. Hopefully was just a glitch. Win11 - 26120.4741 (BETA)

For those using Group 2.x what settings do you have set for Notepad in Windows 11 (since it has its own tabs) to allow them to work well together? Just curious as I have had issues where I have the snapshot setting (open previous session) option selected and when using Groupy and opening Notepad the tabs don't show up properly - it only opens the most recent tab or selected one. The start new session and discard changes is not an option as I have the other option selected continue previous session - basically snapshot mode (unsaved tabs for notes, etc.). Opening files in a new tab needs to somehow work with Groupy.

Is there a way to have Groupy respect the saved tabs for Windows Notepad? I installed the Beta and like the changes, but when I open my Notepad app, which I also switch from opening in a new tab to the new window, the currently open tabs do not show up - just the last tab is opened. Can the app not open all of them? For this reason, I have removed the beta.

Why does the recent documents section in Start11 show folders/documents/etc that you browse but eventually it seems to clear itself out and show nothing? I would assume that those things would stay there. I am going to see how 2.08 behaves but all previous versions do this which seems not the same to the Windows 11 start menu.

I reinstalled it over the existing from download and it is fine now and Chameleon works now too. Upgrade from 4.x seems buggy I guess.

Update to Fences 5, and the auto-hide (Vanish) is not working when double-clicking the desktop. My icons are always showing. I have tried to turn the Vanish option off/on (enable/disable) but still not working. Something to check and fix.
