Hello, This issue has been happening to me on and off on all versions of Start 11. Usually, signing out and back fixes it. However, today I tried both signing out and restarting and it's not going away. All items on the Taskbar except pinned or running programs (i.e., the Star Button, the Search box, and the Notification Area) are all halfway off the bottom of the screen. Is this a known issue?
