Thanks for pointing this out. I just tried it and experienced the same results. I guess I never ran across it because I usually download my files/images. I think it works ok that way. I never simply dragged images to the desktop. Interesting behavior. Definitely a "bug" that needs to be fixed. I do get a pop-up dialog that warns me about the replacement image. At least that helps. Thanks again for the observation. <p

This is a feature request. My desktop is covered with running applications (word, browsers, etc...). Often I need to access a file/shortcut that I have defined in a fence. I know I can "show desktop", but as soon as I interact with the desktop, I have to bring back the individual apps one at a time (they're minimized). A better alternative would be to identify certain fences that can be brough
I have a workaround in place until Chrome gets their act together. I installed Firefox on my main computer and still run Chrome on the secondary. Everything works fine now. The problem is definitely Chrome. Their latest release has a bug when it comes to interfacing with Multiplicity.
I just tried another test this time typing in a simple "text" file (completely outside of chrome). The problem remains. If Chrome is running on the primary computer the keyboard focus is eventually lost, regardless of where the typing is directed on the secondary computer. However, if I kill Chrome on the primary there are no problems typing on the secondary. It looks like the latest version of Chrome has introduced a bug...
Yep! That's what it looks like. I tried removing everything from my Chrome browser and disconnected my account and only had one page up with no website loaded (just a blank tab). The problem remains. I know for sure Chrome has updated recently and my problem started recently. I can't say for sure, but it's suspicious that when Chrome is not running on the primary computer that the secondary works just fine. As soon as I start Chrome on the primary the
That's what I'm in the process of narrowing down. It doesn't matter which web page Chrome is on as long as I switch to any other page then go back to my task, but it loses focus shortly after again. When I kill Chrome entirely on the primary computer the problem seems to be resolved. I'll try starting with no web pages up on Chrome to see if I can narrow it down. This just started recently, so it could be that I have started using a web page that keeps
Multiplicity 2.0 has been working fine until very recently. I have two computers (Windows 7 and XP Pro), both running Chrome browsers. In the secondary computer when I start typing in GMail (or anything else) I get partway through a sentence then the keyboard returns focus to the primary computer. If I want to regain control I have to move the cursor back to the primary computer and change the active Chrome tab to a different tab. Then I can go back to the secondary co
