Acoustic Bridge? I'm not seeing anything like that. I don't have a paid version yet (since I can't get it working) so maybe that isn't available to me? I only have tabs for 'Computers', 'Settings', Help' and 'Upgrade'. Also, I tried emailing support@stardock.com and it comes back as an invalid address.

Bump? Anyone out there from Stardock? This seems like a pretty ridiculous issue for your software to have. I've tried all kinds of different passwords and they all fail as described above. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, even spent a large chunk of time digging through the registry and removing all references to Multiplicity to make sure some weird file wasn't saving an old passcode. Version 2.0 build 00027 on both machines. Nothing special about the password, just letters and numbers. I've tried a few different ones including the default one it started with.
I'm trying out the free version to see if it works for me. So far, no. I'm running Win 7 on both machines and I keep getting the error "Multiplicity was able to connect to the computer, but your passcode is incorrect". The issue is, the passcode is right. I'm looking at both screens and see it typed the same on both screens.
