That's the setting John and RedNexkDude, but it no longer seems to work on my Win7-64 system. It was a convenient way to tame those app windows that keep claiming topmost, and I need to find a way to get that feature back. Tried uninstall, reinstall, et all... with no success.

One of the Stardock utilities provided a feature that allowed user to middle-click on title bar and the program windows would flip over with program specific information with an option to turn always on top on or off for that application window. I can't remember which Stardock utility that was, and I don't see the feature in any of the current product feature descriptions. Does anybody have the answer to this?
