Hello. After about 10 years i started using Stardock Fenses once more. I'm also interested in purchasing Start11. I've noticed Start11 is on steam as well, for half the price.. So, i just wondered if steam needs to be running for Start11 to be functional? Is it a separate program, like fenses? I also wondered if the option when right clicking the taskbar, if one can choose to have windows 10 setup. I would like to have taskmanager to be located here when right clicking.
