Start menu screwed up with windows blinds in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

See how the right side is transparent? It shouldn't be. I did have the universal theme patch install but I uninstalled it, re-installed windows blinds and still encounter this error. Cant figure it out default windows Themes dont have this issue.
