1. Installed Fences 3.0.3 on Win 10 Enterprise 2. Install seemed to complete normally and calls for a reboot. 3. After reboot, fences doesn't launch automatically (like the 2.0 version did on Win 7) 4. Run Fences through the start button and get: "Fences does not appear to be loaded. You may need to reinstall Fences." 5. Look in Programs and Features and Fences is there showing as installed. 6. Right Click on the screen does NOT have a fences enable
