The issue seems to be that the primary is grabbing focus. Is there a way to keep the focus on the secondary that the mouse is on?

Same issue. Seems that the scroll works in normal windows but not in Windows 10 apps or the start menu.

I forgot to mention that both the primary and secondary are at the latest release of Windows 10.

I am at the latest release. When I stop typing briefly or change fields on the secondary, alphanumeric characters no longer type on the secondary but start showing up on the primary if I have left the cursor on an input field on the primary. The weird thing is that any non-alphanumeric still type on the secondary until I mouse over the primary and then the secondary is fine for a short time.
