Stuck turn in GalCiv III Support Stardock.net Forums

My save file always get stuck when the United Earth turn start and nothing I do can fix it. I'm sending my save file link. After pressing "turn", one of my colony ships get to a new planet and then the AI starts. When it's the United Earth's turn, it get stuck. https://filebin.net/57b35es8lxj06uut
