Experienceing game crashes. When starting a new game and using Ctrl-N to refresh map, the game crashes after 6-7 restarts.

So is this mod broken now? tried installing in many times but it does not change anything in the game. Followed the install instructions 100% and running the game on admin. Still same basic game. use mods is "on" running game version 1.32
