Try to go here: C:\Users\ YOURUSERNAME \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned You may need to change "View hidden folders and files" in "Change folder and search settings". There should be a folder in there called "ImplicitAppShortcuts" Try to see if one or more shortcut(s) is something you do not have pinned and delete them. This is for Windows 10, but I think the same applies to Windows 11.
