Okay, that appears to have done it. Didn't think the programs would interact that way, but I guess they did.

No other products similar to Start10 installed, am using DisplayFusion Pro for 2nd monitor taskbar. Scaling on 4k (left, primary) monitor is 150% (Recommended). Resolution 3840 x 2160 native. Scaling on right monitor is 100% (Recommended), Resolution 1920 x 1080 native. Taskbar on both monitors is bottom edge, displayed always.

I have 2 monitors: 1 is 4K, the 2nd is 1920x1080. When I open Start10 on the 4k monitor, everything is fine. When I use the 2nd monitor, it initially looks fine, but going to the submenu for an icon will 'pop' Start10 to the first monitor's right hand side.
