I own licenses for Start8 and Start10, but apparently there's no upgrade price for Start11. Why not? When I try to buy a Start11 license and click on the Upgrade button above Own Start8 or Start10?, I get "Sorry, you do not qualify for upgrade pricing at this time. Please select a product and proceed to checkout. Try another email."
