Agree. Will do. Strange that I seem to be the only person with this problem. Perhaps Fences 5 is optimized for Windows 11, and I need to change over at some point.

Basj - Thank you for your quick reply. Yes, both "Auto Arrange Icons" and "Align Icons to Grid" are not checked. The only difference versus your illustration is that I am using "Medium Icons" for size, not "Classic icons" .
Fences 5.0.4 + Windows 10 22H2 OS Build 19045.4170 | Since installing Fences 5, the location of my Windows Recycle Bin icon keeps moving on start-up. I manually place it outside a Fences, at the lower left corner of my screen. Then, when I boot up, it has moved to the center of the Screen (luckily, unoccupied by a Fences, or it would be hidden). It is the only icon that I have not put inside a Fence. This never happened with Fences 4. How do I get it to
I have seen some questions in this area, but no answers. So at the risk of re-posting... I typically use my Windows 10 laptop docked to 2 external monitors. Fences 4 is set up on one of those 23", 1920x1080 resolution, scaled at 125%), and works fine. When I travel, I use the laptop's built-in screen. The Fences appear on it. But they are too large and crowd each other out. How do I set Fences up so that it looks great on the large externa
Thanks for the update. The links now work. However, the suggested fixes did not. Do you suppose Fences 4 (I have Fences 3) fixes this issue?
You sent me to a thread on "Multi monitors and docks". Fair enough. But all the links referenced in that thread (for example, setting up specific by-monitor Fence settings) return the same error: "404 - File or directory not found". Not helpful.
Most of my COVID-era work uses my laptop docked, with two large desktop monitors. I have Fences set up on one of these. When I do un-dock and take the laptop on the road, Fences on the smaller laptop monitor looks horrible, with many overlaps/etc. That may not be avoidable. But when I return home, re-dock, and use the large monitors again, the Fences layout is changed. Not completely horrible, but different enough to be a PITA. Does Fences 4 fix this? Or do I need to excavate
