I've made a mod of the galaxyscenariodef file which allows people like me to force the dlc planetary bonuses to the planet of my choosing using Galaxy Forge. Be aware though, you will not be able to make use of the bonuses unless you have the DLC or you are playing with somebody who does. Its extremely simple, so dont expect anything gamechanging, its just to make it so that people can apply their own bonuses instead of relying on them being randomized.

Maybe someone out there could modify the galaxyscenariodef file so that we could force spawn those bonuses? I dont think i could do it(or i would) so...
