Features I would like to see (influenced by MS Sets)... Saved Groups Save groups so that when an icon is clicked all defined tabs are loaded. Browsers do this where you define a setting to open a page or group of pages when launched. As an example, when I click on my file explorer I would like three tabs to open automatically to the defined locations I had saved or apps I had grouped. This behavior could be bypassed (or activated - either way) by hold

It certainly looks like it. There does seem to be some major differences. Groupy is available now and is being designed to work across all (most?) apps you use, including file explorer. Sets is available to Windows Insiders and will roll out slowly. MS Sets is targeting UWP apps like Mail and Calendar, then office apps, then other Win32 apps that don't affect the task bar.
