Does anyone know how to get this software to run on a tablet with an AMD chip?

I have run Fences on all computers successfully. 4 previous Surface Pro 3, 4, and 5. I just got a Surface Pro X. It is the best one ever and I understand will be the new Surface Standard. It has LTE capabilities and runs an ARM processor. Battery lasts all day and sometimes more. Fences downloads and I can bring it up. Though is will not run. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks. Doug
