I have not read all of this thread but did "skim" for about 20 minutes. I too am having this lag problem and it's been going on since a while. In my case, this all started when I upgraded my monitor + went dual screen. Changes made: 2560x1440 on display 1 using DisplayPort, 1440x900 on display 2 HDMI. I also have a bug where my icons inside the fences lose their saved positions if I turn off (power off button on monitor) my DisplayPort monitor. I do have store fences on a per-screen-r
