Edited to show the urls of the images, but I will upload to another host to work

I am running windows 7 x64. I just downloaded and installed beta 2.1, and that did not fix anything. The issue I'm having is that one of my fences will not show all icons when 2-7 icons wide. What it does is arrange the icons one column larger than the actual fence size and the entire right column is hidden. I've had this happen with various amounts of icons and sizes. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or know of a fix.
