Hello, Okay...here we go... I have actually bought Sins of a solar Empire Trinity via steam. I have played it, which means i already have a stardock account. Meanwhile i had to reinstall windows 7 (also a legit copy!), and last weekend i wanted play sins again, only to find out i had to register an account?? Whatever i tried stardock keeps telling me the username and password dont match. So i created a new password with success, still im not able to login with Sins. Wh

Hi, A friend recently bought Sins of a Solar empire Trinity via Steam. Today he created an account at Ironclad online. He recived a stardock Email as being the confirmation about his registration. The problem is: As soon as he wants to login at Ironclad Online he revceives the message: "Account name not found". As i give him my account name he is able to login so its not about the connection.
